Register for a place in Beavers, Cubs, Scouts or Explorers
For all our sections we run a waiting list system for places. You can add your child to the waiting list at any point (i.e. no need to wait until they are the right age).
Please note, places for 1st Cholsey Beavers, Cubs and Scouts are strictly reserved for residents of Cholsey and Moulsford. Explorers is run by the Chiltern District and opens places up to all young people in the surrounding area. A 12-week term costs £43, which covers our running costs and insurance.
Joining the waiting list
Please send your name and address and your child(s) name and date of birth to the email below, which goes through to our Admissions Secretary for all sections. You will be contacted in due course about space availability. Your details are stored in Online Scout Manager, which we use to manage youth members across the District.
Scouting in Cholsey is entirely volunteer led, with hundreds of hours donated monthly by over 40 adult volunteers, if you would like to jump the waiting list, please consider volunteering.
